The inspiration behind our business came from a firsthand experience. Years ago, I found myself at the front of a queue of vehicles on a highway after an electric vehicle had been involved in a serious collision. The side impact had damaged the vehicle's battery, and emergency responders were faced with the difficult task of trying to stop a thermal runaway event.

Watching the situation unfold, I became genuinely concerned for the firefighters and first responders on scene. The reality was that conventional firefighting methods were struggling against a fire unlike anything most had previously encountered. That experience sparked a journey of research into lithium-ion battery fires and the unique challenges they present.

During that research, I discovered F-500 Encapsulator Agent (F-500 EA), a remarkable firefighting technology originally developed to combat highly volatile fuel fires. Today, F-500 EA has earned global recognition for its ability to cool, suppress, and help manage lithium-ion battery fire incidents. After seeing the science and real-world results behind the product, I knew it was something that Australian businesses, emergency services, and communities needed access to.
